Ms. Fiona Templeman
Ms. Fiona Templeman graduated from Robert Gordon University UK in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She gained valuable experience working in a variety of hospital wards and outpatient departments, for 8 Years, within the National Health Service, covering Orthopedics, Respiratory, Neurology and Outpatients.
Overall she has 6 Years of experience within musculoskeletal outpatients and Orthopedics; 3 Years of which have been spent working in outpatient clinics in Dubai. She has attended numerous postgraduate courses, including kinesiology taping, dry needling, mulligans and cyriax .
She gained her certificate of manual therapy from the Society of Orthopedic Medicine in 2012 and completed her MSc in Physiotherapy-Advancing Practice in 2017, from Glasgow Caledonian University.
She has extensive experience of treating musculoskeletal complaints, including low back pain, neck pain, lower and upper limb tendinopathies, and overuse injuries. She also has experience of treating sports injuries , orthopedic complaints and patients post surgery or following a fracture. Her treatments can include a variety of techniques; including manual therapy, dry needling, taping , electrotherapy and exercise.
Ms. Fiona believes in education on ergonomics, posture and injury prevention as an important part of treatment.
She is fluent in English.
